1974 - Recipient of the Prof. Joseph Prize for Israeli’s outstanding Resident. (Prof. Joseph was the first Chairman of the Departments of Surgery at the Hadassah University Hospital).

1975 - Prof. K.J. Mann Prize for work efficiency, Hadassah Medical Organization. (Prof. K.J. Mann was, and for many years, the Director General of the Hadassah Medical Organization in Israel).
