YosefJacob's blessing, Genesis 49

"Joseph, a fruitful bough,
A fruitful bough by a spring.
Its branches run over a wall.

Archers hated him;
Shot at him, harried him.
Yet his bow stayed taut,
and his arms firm,
By the hands of the Mighty-One of Jacob-
There, the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel-
The GOD of your father who helps you,
And SHADDAI who blesses you
With the blessings of heaven above
And blessings of the deep that couches below
Blessings of breast and womb.

The blessings of your father
Surpass the blessings of my ancestors,
To the outmost bounds of the everlasting hills,
May they rest on the head of Joseph,
On the brow of the elected of his brothers"

 Mose's blessing, Deuteronomy 33

"Blessed of The LORD be his land
With the bounty of dew from heaven,
And of the abyss that couches below;

With the bounteous yield of the sun,
And the bounteous crop of the moons,
With the best from the everlasting mounts.

And the bounty of the immemorial hills;
With the favor of the Presence in the Bush.

May these rest on the head of Joseph,
On the crown of the elect of his brothers.

Like a firstling bull in his majesty,
He has horns like the horns of the wild ox;

With them he gore the peoples,
The ends of the earth one and all.

These are the myriads of Ephraim,
Those are the thousands on Manasseh"

Midrash Rabbah Bamidbar 2

"His gem was onyx (SHOHAM).
His flag was very black.
His emblem was a bull"

Joseph is the firstborn of Rachel, Jacob's beloved wife.

The twin tribe, and especially the tribe of Ephrayim, is the leading tribe in the central and northern parts of Israel. This tribe played the primary role in the Jewish history. Joshua Bin-Nun, the Mose's disciple, led Israel after the death of the Prophet. He led the Conquest. Ephrayim produced the majority of the kings of the Northern Kingdom. Shiloh, where the sanctuary abode about four hundred years, is situated in the territory of Ephrayim.

The orange- yellow background of this window represents the ripe corn. ...With the bounteous yield of the sun, And the bounteous crop of the moons...

We also see here animals grazing in peace, or may be they are the cows from the Parao's dream? So are the grapes and the basket with bread: They symbolize the plenty in the land of Menashe and Efrayim the sons on Joseph, but at the same time they recall the dreams of the unfortunate egyptian official who applied to Joseph for interpretation.

The bow and the arrow in the center refer to the verse Archers hated him; Shot at him, harried him. Yet his bow stayed taut,and his arms firm

The fortified city wall is the wall of Shechem. This city, where Jacob bought a piece of land when he returned to Israel from Syria, he gave to Joseph as a personal gift.
